Speed 3D Inc. is a Taiwan-based company specializing in AI vision, interactive systems, and advanced display content for real-world deployment. We help brands, venues, and DOOH operators activate physical spaces through AI-driven interaction, 3D and anamorphic advertising, and scalable on-site solutions.
From 2017 to 2024, Speed 3D served as the exclusive technical AR partner of Meta Spark AR Studio in Taiwan, building extensive experience across commercial AR deployments. We are an NVIDIA Connect Partner and a Top 10 selected company of the Qualcomm Innovative Taiwan Challenge (QITC) 2025. We are currently working with Qualcomm toward becoming an official software provider within the Snapdragon X Elite ecosystem, focusing on stable edge AI performance and real-world integration.
With a strong emphasis on deployment reliability and scalability, Speed 3D turns advanced AI technologies into durable, measurable experiences across retail, events, and public environments.
Co-founder & CEO
Chairman and CEO of Speed 3D Inc., with over 26 years of experience in the software and information technology industry. In 2017, he led the company to become Facebook AR’s exclusive technology partner in Taiwan. In 2018, he was invited as a VIP to Facebook F8 in the United States and became the first Taiwanese developer to speak as a panelist at the conference. He received Manager Today’s “Top 100 MVP Managers Award” in 2018, and in 2020 was honored with Taiwan’s national “Outstanding Information Professional Award.” He was also featured as a Taiwanese entrepreneur in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) 2020/2021 Global Report.
CFO
Julia brings extensive financial and operational experience across manufacturing, advertising, exhibitions, and technology sectors. She oversees financial strategy, corporate operations, and internal management at Speed 3D, supporting sustainable growth and cross-functional execution.
Co-founder & CPO
Ray has a strong background in 3D visual design, UI/UX, and software product development. He previously worked as a 3D visual designer in Australia and later in software and UI/UX roles.
Co-founder & CMO
Yuki has a multidisciplinary background spanning industrial design, jewelry, fashion, and creative technology. She leads Speed 3D’s creative marketing strategy, specializing in AR-driven campaigns and brand storytelling. She has overseen more than 600 AR marketing projects and was recognized as a Manager Today “Top 100 MVP Manager.” Yuki is also a winner of the Facebook Spark AR APAC Hackathon.
Director, Business Development
YingYing brings more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing across the finance and technology sectors. She focuses on client partnerships, digital innovation solutions, and translating business needs into practical, interactive marketing deployments.
CTO
Leo is a senior software engineer with a background in game development and interactive systems. As CTO of Speed 3D, he leads core system architecture and product engineering, overseeing the development of the company’s flagship product, Picbot AI Interactive System, with a focus on stability, scalability, and real-world deployment.
Global Marketing Director
Monica has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and video production. She has worked with international teams at companies such as One Animation, 17LIVE, and Snapask. At Speed 3D, she leads global marketing strategy, B2B growth, partnerships, and brand positioning.
Sr. 3D Designer
Sho has over 20 years of experience in 3D visual design and was part of the founding animation team at Next Media Animation. He has contributed to numerous online game productions and delivers custom 3D content for global brands including Mercedes-Benz, Lancôme, and Nespresso.
Sr. Production artist
Jimi specializes in visual design, motion graphics, and AR content development. A core creator on the Spark AR platform since its early days, he has delivered AR projects for global brands including NIKE, adidas, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, McDonald’s, and major entertainment IPs. He was a runner-up at the 2023 Meta Taiwan AR Hackathon.
Sr. 3D Designer
Ted has more than 21 years of experience in 3D art and high-detail modeling. His work includes custom 3D content for brands such as LEGO, Yamaha, Starbucks, and SEPHORA, as well as major game titles. He is known for precision and high visual standards.
Back-end Developer
Armand specializes in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and AI model deployment. He supports platform scalability, performance optimization, and reliable production environments.
Motion Graphic Designer
Luke focuses on motion design and large-format visuals, with hands-on experience producing 3D anamorphic content for DOOH billboards and public display installations.
Backend Engineer
Joyce holds a master’s degree in Interaction Design from Taipei Tech. She is responsible for backend development and maintenance of the Picbot system, focusing on system stability and smooth user experiences.
Front-End Developer
Chester specializes in modern web technologies and interactive animation. He focuses on translating design concepts into engaging, high-quality front-end experiences.

Picbot is an AI-powered interactive capture and content generation system developed by Speed 3D. Built for real-world deployment, it supports AI photo and video generation, including image-to-image and image-to-video workflows. Picbot runs on both the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite ecosystem and NVIDIA platforms, delivering stable edge AI performance for retail, events, and public venues. It has received multiple industry awards for AR marketing and immersive experiences.
